I think to get it in a losing team, you have to be pretty bloody exceptional.

Not saying that he didn't have a good game but he wasn't that good.

Personally I think Foran was better for Manly.

Actually to get it in a loosing team you need to be exactly what you are in a winning team - the best player on the field

Lets face it SBW should have got the medal. when the game was on the line he stood up and took it.

When Manly had a chance DCE did f**k all

Had $10 on DCE so was happy with the result. In saying that I don't think there was an absolute stand out in the game. Also had $10 on friend and probably thought he might of been more deserving in a winning side. SBW had a shocking first half so just glad he didn't get it!

SBW was terrible for 60mins, but the 20 mins of his was pure class, which sunk Manly. But I'd go with DCE on aggregate.

To be honest I thought James Maloney was head and shoulders above everyone else...

DCE is a great kid... But Maloney was exceptional.

5/5 with the boot he had a direct hand in 3 of the Roosters 4 tries.

I thought it was pretty obvious..

Tbh, I'm fine with it. DCE was on fire in the first half. Was involved in pretty much everything. Continued it into the second half, played a role in both tries and barely made a mistake.

Maloney was close behind but his first half performance was a real let down. I don't think SBW was even close to getting it and I'm glad the wankfest over him ends tonight.

DCE deserved it IMO, made some decent line breaks.

$BW shouldn't even be mentioned in this thread. How many dropped balls & missed tackles did he have in first half. He was deadset friggin' hopeless. But he did come good in the back half of the game when Manly were wasted after getting half a dozen calls go against them.

Maloney's accurate kicking game could have won it for him. What was working against him is the fact he's a d!ck weed & no one wants to give him something like that.

Think the fact that Willie Mason has won the Clive Churchill before probably disproves your 'dick weed' theory.

Personally I judge it on the impact they have on the game...

And DCE didn't have a big enough impact to win the game...

Maloney was the difference IMO... Which means nothing of course...
