I mean I knew he was untouchable in the media, but this is beyond a joke. His 11 wins from 24 outings represented a losing season as well as 2 from out last 8 including losing 4 very winnable homes games.

Coach Shines 400 f**k ups this season have obviously gone untoiced by the inept and cluless media that cover the game.

How can coach Tom Shines be rated alongside Cleary who steered the Warrriors to the Top 4. Taylor that got the Bunnies in the 8.

What a joke. The man should be up for Worst Coach Of the Year, where in all honesty be probably was alongside Matty Elliott and Brian Smith.

I had a chuckle when i saw he got nominated ?
On what f**king basis :
- steering the side to 9th
- having a porous defence
- a masterstroke in signing a f**king spastic in john morris and trying to polish a turd
- his movig of robbie and benji to half back to compensate for the f**kwit he signed
- another losing season
- making it 1 out of 13 seasons he has had a side qualify for the finals

He is a kola bear--when he finished with us another club will pay him top dollar to stuff them up

Just a thought maybe he got the nomination because they thought nobody else would even get a win with the rubbish he picked every week

Next time you could save yourself a bit of time by saying "I agree. Refer to my 7,000 previous posts for details"...

Tom Shines...

Ooh, a pastiche of the coach's name. How very clever. Maturity abounds.

Aint meant to be funny. If you cast your way through the media net of the supercoach the man is exposed as simply Tom Shines.

I have it on good authority that Tim Sheens retired in 1994 after his third premiership victory.

He was replaced by his long lost brother Tom Shines in 1995. Why should we keep refering to him as Tim Sheens when that name means supercoach, untouchable in most circles

The great tom Shines will be back in 2008--the man with a vision--to get another pay out from a club mid season
