After the Magic round they are all a pain in the arse.....from the head high, shoulder charge, hip drop (now theres a fancy name) compression tackle, lead with the head, chicken wing, twisted his knee, dived at the legs, late tackle, tackled in the air, stripping the ball, lifted above the horizontal his shoe laces are undone..you name it they sensationalized everything....as Ive stated before I dont condone any form of foul play but these blokes go out of their way to highlight any form of infringement no matter how insignificant it is......and they are becoming louder and louder everyweek....its more about hearing them than commentating on the actualy game....and finally what pisses me off the most is when Johns, Lockyer Fittler or whoever shoves a microphone in a players face when they are coming off at half time....end of rant

Rex Mossop or Roy Masters or Peter Sterling they could analysis a game easily without being bias also they could explain how a team is going and what they need to do.

the rest…. Are all very bias and linked to clubs especially Cronk and Anista sound like they are ready to suck and kiss ass of every player in the roosters and storm team. It looks so pathetic lame. Hilarious to watch.

the worst commentator is brandy Alexander. This guy will contradict everything he says in one game every ten minutes.

Every word that Andrew Voss and Greg Alexander utter makes me want to crap in my hands and throw it at the television. Ditto for Braith Anasta, Corey Parker and Phil Gould.
Alan Marks was a man who could call a game of football without spewing out a torrent of hyperbole and mixed metaphor, unlike the current pack of clowns. Likewise David Morrow.

Best analyst of the game was Warren Ryan on ABC radio with both Wilko & David Morrow calling.

I was interested to hear Paul Kent on NRL360 being asked.....who is the “smartest mind” in Rugby League. His answer was, Warren Ryan without a doubt & interestingly to know that Trent Robinson still meets up with him for a coffee and uses him as his mentor for advice.

As a caller I like Andrew Moore,Thirsty Morrow, Rabs in his ealry days,don't mind Vossy.
Can't stand Warren Smith when he does our games, especially with Brandy, How Anasta has a job in media is amazing.
I actually don't mind listening to mmm on my drive home for the early Friday night game as it can be entertaining.
As for analysts I like Sterlo,The big marn,Girdler, Ennis in small doses, Cronk is boring as but has good insight, Joey when being serious is ok.

If I’m driving and listening to a game 100 % hands down Andrew Moore is the best. Great commentator

I like Vossy, Warren Smith and especially Ginane. Rabs was No.1 and will always be a favourite of mine. The rest are ok. They are no way near as biased as Fatty was that is for sure. Sick of him saying "Go Manly" most of the times. If I was a Rooster fan I would hate that as he played for them when Manly did not want him anymore and you would never of known with his commentary.

As for commentators bagging Saints, the last few years can you blame them? They have been terrible to watch under Mary. This year they are getting some occasional good stuff spoken about them but the bad has been deserved most times because they have done some pretty ordinary stuff. The Anzac game capitulation was terrible, losing to the Tigers and Warriors undid all the good work of the 4 good wins. The bad decision that went against us they mostly agreed and were confused as everyone else at the terrible call.

It’s more the commentary model that i dislike. Too many people involved; there are more people in the commentators box than on the bloody field; each one trying to add their unique flavour or insight to impress and promote their brand and career resulting in too just much ‘noise’ overall.
Commentators in the dressing room, on-field interviews asking the same lame questions each week with the same boring scripted responses. There’s someone in a helicopter, outside on the street, in the tunnel, one hiding in the locker its total bullshit! This should be the players domain only, let them just play football.
Then there’s the overdone light weight statistics and often they miss so much anyway cause they are often in a conversation about some other dribble or just trying to be funny.
Less is more, strip it back and have less people commentating on the actual game itself. If you could be kind enough to let us know when and if that happens so i can turn the volume back up!
