WESTS Tigers have signed French Test halfback Dane Chisholm after he scored a hat-trick against Scotland last month. The son of former Manly half, the late Rick Chisholm, Dane, 21, has played in the lower grades for the Storm and qualifies for France through his grandparents. He has been training the house down at Concord and could be a dark horse to replace Robert Lui.
I'm sure he will if he isn't playing first grade.
I don't see why he wouldn't considering he played for France while at Melbourne? Why would you turn your back on your nation because you have signed for a different club? :?Will he still make himself available for France?

That's not really the same at all considering that Fien had never played for Australia, and that the club he signed for was in a different nation which allowed him to qualify via residency.

Does Australia have 3 year residency rules like New Zealand does though? Just because we don't have the rule doesn't mean other countries cant either. Fien was eligible for QLD at the time he was picked, then was eligible for NZ under their rules at the time they picked him.

http://nz.sports.yahoo.com/league/news/article/-/12048130/warriors-worst-fears-realised/The Warriors' worst fears have been realised.
Key standoff James Maloney has confirmed he'll be leaving the New Zealand club at the end of the next NRL season.
The 25-year-old was a pivotal part of the Warriors' success in making the Grand Final in 2011, with many believing he was a genuine Dally M contender.
He's confirmed he'll finish his NRL career in Australia from 2013, but wouldn't reveal for who that would be.
Maloney played 51 games for the Warriors after making his club debut in 2009.
