Is there a way we can convince him that Auckland is a suburb of Sydney???
I don't think I'd be keen. He's nearing the end of his career. Want players you can build a team around not ones on the way out the door.
Bigger problem may be the Storm target Johnson.
You know the answer is no so why even start the thread? Also he'll be 34 by then. As great as he is he's only a short term proposition for any club. He'll pick up a 1-2 year contract with a Sydney side that has young halves that need mentoring while he eases himself into a post-footy media career. Sure as anything.
We're fairly well served with halves even if Foz doesn't stay, our priorities should be long term fixes to our front row and wing deficiencies.
Might be a good move for HinganoBigger problem may be the Storm target Johnson.
What a lure that would be. Very hard for him to say no me thinks.Bigger problem may be the Storm target Johnson.

IMO I think this is a good thing (possibly) for the Warriors.
I could see the Dogs moving Mbye or Reynolds to accomodate Cronk.
Realistically Tigers, Eels, Dogs are the only Sydney options.
Broncos, Storm will be chasing halves.
Pretty much an unprecedented amount of halves talent off contract at years end.
Cronk, SJ, Foran, Brooks, Moses, Townsend...

Well it will be interesting.
In regards to Storm, SJ is no Cronk, Foran is more similar, but Foran wants Sydney base for family reasons, so it gives Foran one less option with Cronk on market.
Suspect the ticket price on some of them just went up.

.
Cronk and Foran show up together in the halves for the Dogs and the rest of the Comp will be shitting themselves ...
