Thats a shame then, cause when he retired the club didnt send him out as a one club man, he didnt recognize himself as a one club man, and they didnt acknowledge he was the 5th most capped Dragons player in History, which is pretty big for a club with such a proud history.

It seems to me the Dragons only acknowledge the Steelers when it suits them. They mention Coops was a Sharks junior, but make no mention that he come through the Steelers junior system.

I was a Steelers supporter growing up as a kid, and am still a supporter of the Steelers and "Illawarra" part of the merger and enjoy watching the Illawarra juniors come through the system (many of whom for the Dragons). So why am I not allowed in here? Just because I dont agree with the way the Steelers are acknowledged? Ill guarentee you there are many in the same boat in the Illawarra region.
