I saw coops the other day, he's definately been doing some power work, his arms are huge. He is by far one the most underrated players in the comp, and I worry that we aren't gonna be able to keep him.
Hodges is good, but he lacks the versatility that Matty has got. I'm serious "Phin, the boy is the size of a forward now, and is still quick as lightning.

Hodges looked like a fat keg on all the news reports during his time away from Easts earlier this year. He'd do well to lose the double chin before round one otherwise even game breakers like Owen Craigie will make him look ordinary :lol:

As for the Saints boys bulking up - hopefully their fitness program is now one where in the pre-season there's as little stress on muscles & joints as possible. That is what has been killing us in the last few years as the season rolls on...
