Congrats to all 3.

I am very confident Grant will play Origin this year. I have heard he is having a huge pre-season. Spoke to him in October and he said Origin in 2012 is what he wants and he will work hard for it.

If he can get back to even anywhere near that form in 2012, he is a must for the NSW side.

You can't see a spot for him but the Origin coach sees him with potential.......

I don't think Gordon will play fullback unless Coote gets injured. But, like you, it's only my opinion.

Because he hasnt cemented a spot yet.

You can't see a spot for him but the Origin coach sees him with potential.......

He got a start at an emerging camp where he was one of 23 players, add to the existing players already playing Origin add to that the players who are available and have already emerged but aren't currently in the team and you have a hell of a lot of players in front of him.

For mine, depending on how Clearly plays his fullback, wing and centres I'd rather Coote focus on that than Origin for the time being.

I am not arguing your point. As you have your opinion. But if there are 7 back line positions in each team, we have 16 teams, minus warriors, storm, broncos and cowboys, that means there are 84 players that can be chosen.

Coote will be in our team, somewhere. If not, he will be another lost to another club.

Wasn't that a massive stuff up when that happened. There are still 3 versions of the story floating around on that too - Wade's, the coach's and the CEO's.

Just cause they are not NSW teams doesnt mean their players aren't available for NSW origin, and vice versa.

I agree. Coaches these days like the extra ball
player in the 1. That is Coote.

I think Gordon will get some time there as the game moves on. Especially the back end of each 1/2 he is Deadly with the scoots through the tired defence.

Coote has a freakish ability to find the line when we are in the 20 either from the offload if Lewis or the kick. So can't be in a set position at fb he can roam and support which is his strength.

To be honest if we go wide in the attacking 20 Gordon will score 9/10 or we play Simmons or someone there & they muck it up. We need both to play. Gordon can roam with a 4 on his back. cOOTE IS A FULLBACK UNTIL HE BULKS UP THEN MAYBE A HALF.

Doesn't really matter what any of them say. All that matters is that the bloke running the place now as massive wraps on him.

I still remember the game vs eels when Lachy and Wade had top games. Wade threw a top shelf pass to the winger. Wade is a top young kid.
