He won't be suspended if it's a consensual tape. That would be crazy.

Worst case is he's fined a percentage of his salary unless there's something illegal in the tapes and it's not old

Anyone caught releasing any of these videos without consent would definitely be violating revenge porn laws. That goes for whoever the apparent ex player releasing the Panthers tapes is too
