I know that’s the rumour but on what basis? His stats are quite poor. He & Dufty have to accept some of the responsibility of our drop in form because they played all 3 losses. Another loss this Sunday & the pressure to make changes will be immense.

I agree he hasn't been worth the money. But how has he been trouble? He rarely gets injured, plays most games, and the only incident since he's been with us has been the streetfight in Cronulla which he didn't instigate.

Norman is no long our problem. His contract very unlikely to be extended and it would not matter to me if he was dropped to left right out. Sullivan should take his place at six as soon as he i fit to play. Dufty and Fui are two other players off contract and may have to be sacrificed to have enough cap to recruit two spine players and a topline prop. Even with De Belin returning, we will get cap savings of over 2m from off-contract players that will not be returning. My shopping list would include B Smith, an SOO prop and a top-line fullback. That is what we need to be a top 4 team in 2022.

For pity sake we have all been waiting for his contract to end and now there’s a suggestion that the Dragons may extend it - because his form has improved somewhat ?

The Dragons need - as do all teams a five eighth that is actually firing on all cylinders each and every week . Still a long way to go this season , however he needs to start sparking our attack in every match .

I would be holding any new contract decision until later in the year , not at this point , the man still hasn’t earned his spurs imo .

I think most would agree Fuimaono deserves an extension & upgrade he’s turned into a very handy player under Hook.

If Dufty is let go I think Lomax would be an ideal fullback, bigger body & very good under the high ball. There’s plenty of centre’s coming through the system to replace Lomax, Sloan, Max Feagai, Schiller & Sauni-Esau
