Should he be the replacement for nightingale. A player that keeps getting better and is what we need a tall young experienced winger with speed .

Souths and Cowboys looking at him as a backrower. Half a dozen other teams have been mentioned in various rumours.

Yes. You find room for a player like Corey Oates in your team. The replace from within argument has merit but the fact is Oates is one of the top wingers in the world.

Wouldn't pass him as a backrower either. The Ben Hunt connection definitely makes him desirable. They combined for many many tries in Brisbane

Oates would be a great replacement for Nightingale. I actually like the idea of him playing centre. He has a great build for a centre. That may be his best position right now.

He wants more money than wingers earn. He is looking for a club that will play him in the backrow at around 500k.

He would be a good fit in our backrow if we moved Frizell to prop, Sims to the right edge and Oates / Leilua to the left edge..

If the media can be believed he knocked back $700 grand.
No way in the world he's worth anywhere near that kind of money as a winger or a back rower.

And so all clubs except for the Storm and Roosters will shy away from that 700k price tag only to learn that he signed with one of these two clubs for 500k.

Jeez here we go, consistent excellent player for years linked to Dragons, people here then pay more attention to him in games and see an error and decide no thanks just from that

He’s consistently had a few errors in him. Not just tonight. There’s a reason why the Broncos are letting him go you know.

No thanks to Oates.
Really can't stand him or this new breed of self entitled player.
He'll just be another Dugan, an over paid prima donna. I'll pass.
