You see it on the Dragons website as well. All fuzzy and warm, all positive. I'm sure the well-paid sports psychologists have drummed it in that they need to take a positive out and throw away all the negativity, but honestly it's bordering on being an insult to our intelligence.

I also hate to see all the back-slapping that goes on these days on the field when a team mate makes an error. It's creating an atmosphere where no-one is answerable for their mistakes.

Mediocrity rules - OK.

The Dragons FB page sh*ts me, I know it's their job to represent some sort of 'united front'.. but it's the last thing I want to see after our latest pathetic loss. Also, DragonsTail is so f*cking poorly-run!

as the person who types it I can say I don't intentionally try and pretend anything bad doesn't happen. I mean I use words like "miserable" sometimes cause there's no other word for it. but at the same time it's usually not wrist-slitting on there because most people seem to hate too much negativity.

if there's something you want there instead you can always suggest it ... it'd be a big help. what's the point of social media if you're not talking about the stuff people wanna talk about?

Can you imagine patting Craig Young ,Price or Raudonikis if they made an error, they would slap you back and tell you to f#*k off.

I seriously doubt that any comments relating to sacking our coach will make it to the Dragons website or Facebook page.

But it's currently what is being discussed amongst we fans. I don't like to speak for others but I think the overall feeling is that the head coach isn't being straight with the fans. He keeps telling us that its all about to click and that all the signs are there, etc. etc. Most of us have been following the club for long enough to know that the signs aren't there, and that we need some massive changes at the top. The Bennett years are fast becoming a distant memory, and the chance to frank the success of those years has basically been lost.

I actually find it extremely disrespectfull how he talks to the media in terms of giving short and blunt answers.

I'm not sticking up for the journos but when he speaks to the media he speaks to the fans as well and basically tells us bugger all and I can't help the feeling that he doesn;t give a toss.

I thought he would be a bit different in the Dragons website when he is talking to Dragins people but he's not, he's the same negative and dour person.

And he wonders why the media write negative articles about the team!

price and kearney have similar attitudes in the press conference when there teams gets smashed. there always calm and always have alot of positivies.

True always calm and upbeat, too many cliches too "im proud of the boys" rinse and repeat.
