I Wonder with Smith Costigan Saffy Thorby and Green headed out the door...Could Matt Cooper be headed for the back row to Finnish his Career?
This would allow us to make a play at Josh Morris still.
Im sure we will have some cash left to spend and he is nearing the twighlight of his career

No. Stupid to even mention it. Never played there in his life and we have talent comng through.

We can still make a play at Morris if thats what Bennett wants to do. Both are off contract next year.

Thats not correct...before he was graded he played in the front row,and has stated in the past he can play in the back row

I remember reading an article about Hornby and he was part of a gun Steelers SG Ball team that included Luke Patten at fullback, Hornby at centre, Matt Cooper in the front row and Luke Bailey off the bench.

Right. So he played front row in his teen years in the 1990's at a park level.

Well, I take it back. He's a must.

He has the defensive starch to do it, BUT he'll need some more muscle.
That takes time, time at age 31 he doesn't have anymore.
That's where we take a lesson from Doogs, Robbie O and the Knights organisation.

In the off season jam him full a d bol and deca along with a sh*tload of protein, send him to the gym, then a treadmill, then training.
Repear several times.
That should create a 120kg second rower who does not need to be interchanged, as Coops constantly cuts his hair to the scalp and the sh*t leaves your system, he should be undetected.

It would be the perfect crime, well it would be if adding 40kg's of pure muscle in a few months didn't raise so many eyebrows to begin with.

Can't see coops ever playing the in the backrow. We have lost some strike power with Smith and Costigan leaving, but the rotation of Prior, scott, Creagh, Young and hopefully another purchase, should be sweet.
Injuries will test depth next year though. Wayne has put this years team together to win the comp in ny view. He knew that we wouldnt be able to keep costigan and co.

It's not as stupid as it sounds though it would take some weight out of our pack
Coops could do a Timmins and move to the back row to say lock
That would mean our starting pack would look like
Weyman Young Hunt
Creath Scott
Cooper
Bench
Prior
Fein
Et al

It could really depend on who's available and at what price
Morris would be good under Bennett and Bennett would know what he can do with him
Ideally Bennett will be getting Soward to up his on field talking and ultimately move him to half
With Stanley moving to 5/8
Tagive is yet to come back into the squad and if fit is either a centre or back rower
Marketto has as wonderful footy brain and good speed but needs more weight

I think theirs alot of players that use steroids in the off-season to get bigger, some steroids you can flush out of your system in short space of time

What is every merkins fascination with getting Josh Morris back? He isnt the best centre going around..

He's been pretty poor at times this year and i couldnt give a sh*t if he never came back as he is easily replaced and isnt worth the pricetag he'd come with.

Because people still think of the Morris twins as one, rather than two.

I think the fact that the dogs took away from us the purest of pure Dragons junior, top of the fact that he loves playing alongside his brother, fans just want to see him in the red Vee
