Simpkins missed 2 dead set penalties in the last 60 seconds. Minichello tackles a Cowboy without the ball from the kickoff, then he drops the ball from the bomb and one of his teammates in front of him picks it up. Woeful.

Couldn't have been a penalty. There was a double-knock on. The only way to get a penalty after that is for a piece of foul play or referee abuse. The rules don't allow for a penalty in that instance.

He should have called time off when the cowboys were set up for the scrum in the last few seconds

The scrum wasn't set. There were only 5 players in the scrum. The 6th got in just at the 80th minute when the siren went
