Haha thats a compelling arguement! Im sorry but Ricketson had no right to intervene especially since he wasn't provoked. The league has been firm (up until this particular game) about players not initially involved in the stouch coming in. How can this be construed in any other way? IMO disgraceful handling by Simpkins- he should've dealt with it in a similar manner to the O'Donnel hit.
