Cows game

I like the idea of Field as super sub. He has the speed to make the difference.

We should be devising plays where Hunt and Widdop kick both short and long to utilise his exceptional speed. Am very intrigued as to where Mary will play him in defence. Guessing he will play wing.

Good to see Lawrie on the bench. He has improved heaps since last season and deserves to get more game time.

Don't understand why Mary has taken both Herbert and Pereira to Townsville if he is not going to play one of them on Flo's wing. He should have left Flo in Sydney and played Herbert.

Glad to see Mann has been given another chance on the wing. He was needs to play one position and be given the chance to make it his.

Let us hope the handling improves and the defence tightens up this week.

Cows have found a thousand and one ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory this season.

Saints by 2.
Field wont get more than 5 mins max

Field will sit on the bench for the entire game. Meanwhile Herbert and Pereria miss out (perfect chance to debut).
Over it.

Hey Crush, chin up old boy. Super Coach may surprise us both.

I usually depend on you to provide a bit of balance to the usual forum discussion. Maybe Herbert or Pereira will start instead of Flo.

Yes yes and pigs do fly !!!!

I am worried about this match , but for what it is worth , the games that I have been concerned about we have won . May the boys play great football and come back home with the 2 competition points . :innocent:

Only this match , the last 3 weeks I’ve started worrying about every match, and yes to repeat great football and bring home two points. This won’t be easy, especially if we give them a sniff.

No hewi , the truth is I worry about each match and I mean every one , regardless of what the media may say to the contrary . Until I see how the team is actually playing the game on the day - if the defense is good and their making good meters with the ball and the commitment is there also .

I only begin to relax once the Dragons have built up a good lead and with only a few minutes remaining on the clock , until then I am a nervous wreck buddy .

Try some deep breaths.
If that doesn't work well start on a favourite bottle of your choosing.

This is the weakest team that could have been selected.
How in the hell will Dufty, Mann and Nighty get out of our own end. Their combined weight is about 150 KGs.
And Leilua isn't a starter. Hes an impact player at best used in short bursts late in the game.
And Field isn't a first grade player. He is a touch footballer.
FFS, the coach is a goose.
We may win this game or even comp but we will be doing it in spite of a pathetic coach.
WTF isnt Herbert or Pereria playing!?

If that doesn't work well start on a favourite bottle of your choosing.

On these cold , cold winter nights of late I have been enjoying a few mugs of Irish coffee .
As for the deep breaths it’s only a case of walking around outside, at this time of year the air is so clear and crisp .

Dragons by 4 :innocent:
