Its a blog written by a Bulldogs supporter. Its not journalism.

It would be like publishing links to our coverage in this forum about Hasler's resignation and pretending it was broadsheet coverage.

Is there a difference with what he writes and what the Telecrap prints ?

I don't think so, both are agenda driven dribble.

I must have been dreaming when signed the best halfback and centre on the market??

It clearly never happened. Osborne just put hallucination drugs into the beer at Parra Stadium and tricked us all!

Love that article.

No chief executive has been in charge of a worse recruitment period in, arguably, the history of the code...

Moniker XIII of the Week: In honour of the one, the only, Billy Slater, this week we name our all-time Bills... Billy, Willie, Will and William included....

3. William Hopoate (22 games for Manly)
4. Willie Tonga (149 games for Parramatta/Canterbury/North Qld)...

Tonga and Hopoate all know their way to the tryline.

PARRAMATTA’S powerbrokers are set to be joined by at least one new face as an investigation into Eels CEO Paul Osborne’s conduct continues.
The leagues club board was scheduled to meet last night while an investigation continued into an employee’s harassment claim against Osborne, and his financial dealings.
Leagues club president Roy Spagnolo said club solicitor Bryan Belling was conducting the investigation. This could determine whether Osborne remained in the job.
“It may take 10 days, it may take 12 days, but we anticipate it will take two weeks,” Spagnolo said.
Osborne, believed to be on holidays, did not respond to The Advertiser’s request for an interview.
Yet while the Eels CEO is absent, it won’t damage his chances of co-operating with Belling.
“Paul will be available to answer any questions,” Spagnolo said.
The allegations against Osborne, including misuse of a company credit card, became public after Pirtek CEO Glenn Duncan resigned from the board.
Spagnolo said the board would discuss nominees for the vacancy this week.
CAYLESS IN FRAME
Recently retired Nathan Cayless is an obvious candidate for the vacated board position.
The former captain is still active in public life as a speaker, but was unsure of his intentions.
“I haven’t really thought about it. I know my name was in there but I don’t know where it came from,” Cayless, who works in real estate, said.
“I was looking at doing something with the club at the start of the year but then work got quite busy.
“I can tell you I haven’t been approached formally yet.”
Another former Eel, Ray Price, dismissed his own candidacy given he moved to the Gold Coast last year. “It’s very hard formeto take that role being up here,” he said.

I wouldnt be looking at Caylo for a leagues club board position. I would want someone with some business skills. Preferably gaming business skills.

I wonder who will be taking over Ozzies position?

I think we need to open a market here:-

$1:40 It's a witch hunt. He's gone before the investigation even starts.

$2.50 It's a cover up. He's safe and this investigation is a farce in the tradition of Sir Humphrey Appleby

$7.00 No it's a truly independent investigation and the board will act based solely on it's findings, free of agendas

BUMP. So ME thinks that he's gone. I'm leaning towards the cover up. I think he's safe because it would have been Duncan who stayed in the Boardroom barney.

A FRESH allegation of workplace bullying has been levelled against Paul Osborne as Parramatta's 27-day investigation into their CEO winds up this week.
The latest incident was brought to the club's attention last week and will come under scrutiny if Osborne doesn't stand down on Thursday when he fronts the Parramatta Eels board.
Osborne has already faced one bullying claim from a former female staffer. But he said he believed his role in that matter was now over.
"A complaint was made, it's been investigated and a report was presented to the board a couple of weeks ago," he said.
However, last week a new allegation was made to Parramatta that a former employee was pressured by Osborne and others not employed by the club into making false claims. This latest allegation has not been included in the current investigation.
Osborne denies the allegations and vows to clear his name. "I'm unaware of any such claim," he said. "That's news to me."
Eels chairman Roy Spagnolo wouldn't comment on the latest allegation but is believed to be aware of the claims.
Investigators are close to finalising their inquiry, which includes whether Osborne properly documented contracts, the validity of "third-party" player arrangements, validity of sponsorship contracts, recovery of money owed by suppliers and his management style.
"We have a sit down on the 11th," Spagnolo confirmed. "I have asked them to have the report ready and available to us. I have spoken to our solicitor about that and he is putting together the investigation."
The investigation into Osborne's behaviour was launched last month after allegations of financial irregularities and harassment of staff, which culminated in the resignation of Glenn Duncan - CEO of the club's major sponsor Pirtek - from the Eels board.
"I have every confidence that I've acted in accordance with the terms and conditions of my employee contract," Osborne told The Sunday Telegraph last week.
"I have no plans to stand down. I've done nothing wrong. I look forward to clearing my name."
