no guarantee that the pl wont be"reserve grade" for 2006 and beyond
the sharkies are financial idiots more often than not, so this jv[shudder] will save them money, for once they can say,
"it's a leap year and we are not in receivership"!

Mate I lived in the Shire (poor old tolkien rollin' in his grave) for a short time. It's a lovely area, another prime example of nature despoiled by subhuman occupation.
For some reason everytime I pass Jannali in the train, I get the urge to vomit.

Low is such a fitting surname.
