Just over half full is pretty wank.
If the Bulldogs lowest home crowd was just over half our home grounds capacity I'd be pretty happy.

Round 9
Eels V Bulldogs 28k
Cowboys V Dragons 18.5k
Penrith V melbourne 9.5k (a miracle if this cracks 10k IMO)
Titans V Tigers 13k
Warriors V Broncos 18k
Manly V canberra 13k
Easts V Knights 12.5k
Souths V Sharks 17k
very hard round to judge as half those games good be stinkers or gold crowd wise
Souths v sharks deserves 20k, but its hard to see it happening IMO
Nearly 17K for a team playing like sh*t on a Monday night against a team with no away support can hardly be seen as bad imo.
Well RLNY asked in another thread but Panthers and Sharks probably have the lowest away support so they should be our Monday night opponents under fixed scheduling.
How exactly is Blatchy's Blues a rent-a-crowd?
And do you realise that at both ANZ and Etihad this year (and for the last few), the Maroons have had a similar group wearing Maroon wigs?
 QLD... winning series... still not gaining any intelligence I see.
Ha - the Blatchey blues are a rent a crowd because they need these incentives to actually go - they dont even care except for when at the game.
The funny thing is that so many Queenslanders go to games in Sydney - thats why we have the Maroon Crusade.
Initiatives dont even need to be made for Queenslanders to go to origins - they sell out within half an hour. And dont try and use the "we have a bigger stadium" crap.
ANZ is 160% the size of Suncorp.
But Sydney has 220% of the population of Brisbane.
And you can barely sell an origin out - forget the debate bud, Queenslanders are far more supportive.
So explain the Bronco's crowd average. 1 team city.
TV.
Origin is the pinnacle of rugby league, and being at Lang park during an origin game is something you simply cannot experience elsewhere. The buzz and excitement and passion are worth the price of ticket alone and that's all experienced well before a ball is even kicked.
The broncos on the other hand are on every single Friday night at the same location and as such people are less excited about going and just as happy to watch it a home with a couple of mates and a carton of beer for a tenth of the cost.
If they mixed it up more so only the occasional game was on Friday people would be more excited about the prospect of going, as it stands now the tv stations are dictating when they must play and it significantly impacts crowds.
As for no Sunday games in Brisbane - thats a whole other issue - Sunday games are proven to be more popular for fans to attend, especially in a nice climate.
But I thought "Queenslanders were far more supportive."
If that was the case, wouldn't the Bronco's crowd average be higher?
Are they only "far more supportive" when "they mixed it up more so only the occasional game was on Friday people would be more excited about the prospect of going"?
