that said ive got hammered and disorderly at the footy. ill have a beer at the game cos i can. ill buy more than i need to at the sharks because they need the money.

but..its part of it. the beer is expensive...in a plastic cup and its VB. it is what it is. part of the stadium experience i guess.

we havent given up hope. but would ya be optimistic when your coach wins 28 percent of the time and your team has lost 10 in a f**king row.

No surprise the crowds at ANZ stadium have been woeful. Look the beer isn't the only reason I would go to the game...but I want to have a good time with friends...we all have a drink or two before the game (none of us drink during the game). Why would we spend $300 dollars to go to ANZ stadium and drink mid strength...it is rubbish. Why not serve full strength and limit it to 2 beers per customer...it is not that hard!

The limit is 4 up here......... I think? I like to get a Bit of a shine on before the game, grab a trayful at halftime and then get shitfaced after the game to commiserate the loss...... But that's just me. I think being an NQ fan entitles me to a post match booze up!!!!

At the end of the day the cost of piss does not and will never dictate to me, as to wether I will go and watch my team play. I love my team 100x more than I love alcohol, if it gets too expensive to drink it at games then I won't drink but nothing will stop me from going and seeing my boys play live. It's a bit disappointing to read people thinking the opposite, but each to their own.
