Our two biggest crowds of the year were Round 1 where despite 60-70% of the crowd in red and green it was an 'away game' and against you guys when it was pretty even and an excellent crowd but again, an away game.

There were next to zero Wests fans there, either. Why would there be? They knew they were going to get slaughtered

Um, excuse me?

You were domited completely in both games.

13k is decent considering the amount of rain before the game the weather was pretty abysmal but made game day experience more interesting, first time ever being in the wet at the game.

Townsville is allowed a few games a year of bad crowds. Their average is well above others

Being at the game in Townsville I really don't think the coverage gave justice to just how horrible the conditions were. It was as heavy a rain as I've ever seen at a league game for about 20 minutes in the 1st half. People literally went home at half time because of how bad it was

Panthers crowd is pathetic given that they had just pulled off the upset of the season the week before.

But decent crowd in the Gong! Much more than I expected.

Ivan Cleary said it last week. We have the same people turn up week in week out. You can see the same seats empty.

The difference what the away teams bring. Given we finally have some type of form have only 2 home games in the next 6 weeks. I would assume we will get decent crowds for the next few.

Unfortunately 1 of our good crowd pullers is the Tigers who we play next game is playing terrible it will be down a bit should still get 15k.

There weren't many Tigers fans at our game either tbh, was arguably a 80%+ Dogs crowd. Just more of us. Which doesn't make sense with your larger member base.

Wtf.... Were you at the game?

I've read your posts in the past and you don't come across as one eyed as some of most of the Souths fans on here but that's ridiculous. It was about 60-40 Roosters and you're probably the first person I've heard say otherwise...

As mentioned great crowd down in the gong @17,500. First time for me sat in the new western grandstand and I thought it was awesome, still very close to the side line, close enough to feel the steam rising of super coach Stuart!

Note to p.doust. The extra 3,000 people Dugan attracted at $30 for the ticket + profit from the the bar and food = well over $100,000. Now get your wallet out and sign him up for the next two seasons ya tight arse.

Cowboys crowd would have been 16 or 17K in the dry
rain looked pretty persistent
quality encounter too considering

good crowd at WIN
as many as could of been expected at Centrebet

Broncos should have got 40K against their little brothers
the Souths crowd was pretty poor
but it was a Friday night , the Tigers brought no one ... If they weren't decimated with injuries or been playing even half decent , that crowd would have been between 25 & 30K easily

I love it. The usual suspects bagging the largest crowd and the best drawing club. And defending a four figure crowd!:lol:

Good crowd on Friday night.

It was clearly majority Souths. Cheers were much louder when we did stuff. Easts havent outnumbered Souths at SFS in years.

Not sure how you guys figure this out lol, in a contest like the Rabbitohs Roosters game its literally impossible to figure out who there were more of. If you try to argue one way or the other its just bias coming through

Penrith's crowds should start to grow from here. Nothing like thumping a team by 60 to suddenly reconnect with the region.

The crowd in Tvl was pretty good considering the conditions. I don't think the cameras showed just how bad the rain really was.
