^Those are very good prices. Should be a blockbuster crowd there, First sunny weekend in Sydney for a few weeks so hoopefully the fans turn out.

Usually when you put an asterix on a flyer it should be explained down the bottom....

So why are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays somehow more comfortable at the footy than at home or at the pub?
I don't like Monday nights either but that attitude damages crowds far more than monday night games.

If there's no school or work the next day it's a lot easier to not worry about coming home late with the family.

* Souffs fans to be eligible, must hold full time employment and all original teeth

** Dogs fans to,be eligible must not own a VL turbo or hotted up Hyundai Excel

These conditions will ensure a good coin recoup for stadium management, the 50% off will apply to very minimal people tbh.......

And I was replying to a bloke who is not a family man.
Also - it's school holidays at the moment.
Also also - you never go to any games, or even leave the house. Shut the f**k up.

Call me soft or a sook or whatever but I dont care

Sure. Just don't complain about any crowds anywhere ever again.

The point was the excuse of 'it's more comfortable at work or at the pub' is a dangerous one. It's always going to be more comfortable there. If we are fighting comfort then we might as well give up, because unless they get rows of couches with a small screen at the end of each one then we the footy is never going to be more 'comfortable' than at home. But that's not the point of going.

True, but there still needs to be more of an effort to make going to the footy the better option than just staying at home. When an adult ticket is two hours' work and a thimble full of soft drink is a million billion dollars and you have to let them search your bags for contraband food before getting into the joint there's not that much of an incentive.

Drop the prices of food and tickets to a more reasonable level and you'd at least be off to a start.

Thats the case with anything. If life was truly about comfort we would all stay inside on the couch and never leave the house like Bunniesman

About time... All the promotional prices have been for the game on Monday! FYI the offer is only valid from 5pm till midnight.

Who sets the promo price? Surely the hosting club has some say in it?

Methinks Rabbitohs were greedy based on last years crowd, and held out. Now they've seen a low buy in, and have slapped on the last minute appeal.

It's pretty damn cheap - hopefully we get 10s of thousands signing up tonight!!

Did he mention that easter weekend (the biggest crowd drawing weekend last year) was earlier last year?
Must've just forgotten..

I need more incentive to spend money to be less comfortable at the game then watching on tv. Also most weeks I would struggle to get anyone to come to penritj games with me so its just easier and more enjoyable to not go and watch it on tv with mates.

Even though Parra aren't playing fulltime at ANZ and its not our home ground as of yet Eels fans are making sure on Monday that we mark that stadium as our turf as we move there in the future, get the hell out of our stadium Bunnies and Doggies,ANZ will be renamed Parramatta Stadium in the future

ANZ Stadium is now Parramatta Stadium, get off our turf peasants

As the Eels plan to claim ANZ Stadium as their turf.

The big question is, can they break their 13 match losing streak at the venue?

Can't argue with those prices... (unless you already bought your tickets)

Can almost confidently say Easter Monday will crack 50k+ provided it doesn't rain.

Bit over 4 days remaining with promotions running as well as Parra ticketed members added onto the current PAX of 31k. Let's just hope for a great spectacle now
