Setting yourself up for a fail there buddy.

General admission bays remove any chance of a crowd over 48k. Maroon GA has had a handful of people in it all season.

Shaping as 40-42k. I think with great promotion and a good rock up it could be 45-46k.

For that game i would be happy with anything over 42k.

And with Stg vs Roosters lets hope that one pulls 40k+ also.

Melbourne vs Warriors is nearing a sellout, next week is looking good.

As a neutral, it looked like there were more dogs fans there yesterday. Level 4 and behind the posts were packed with blue and white.

I had to laugh though at the South Sydney recorded chant device:lol:

The Southern end and level 4 east were full 90%+ Dogs fans but not the Northern end. There was not more dogs supporters on the Northern ends and level 4 west where the members sit also had more Souths supporters not to mention the obvious with both sides.

In saying that tho full credit to the Dogs for a good win and more importantly giving the stadium a good atmosphere. That announcer was even pissing me off at times. All and all the game did not disappoint and 43,000 felt like 60,000.

Anyone know where you can get those souths Sydney book of feuds videos? The one for the dogs game was awesome. Just showed a lot of dogs players belting the absolute shit out of souths. With a couple of souths victories added.

Dogs fans were unbelievable at the southern end.

Souths fans were embarrassingly quiet.

It was like a Bulldogs promotional video.

Hopefully Monday cracks 50k. That would be sensational for the code.

I hate bringing up the A League here but I'm going to do it. An elimination final between their biggest teams got just 20k in Melbourne yesterday. Despite no AFL competition. Won't see Buzz mentioning this on Monday...

Crowd yesterday was awesome was definitely pro-Bulldogs. Rabbitohs need to do something to get their fans more involved they were all but silent. And I don't mean playing that effeminate South Sydney chant through the speakers louder. That was embarrassing

I find that so as long as the bottom bowl is over half full its a decent atmosphere

Will be a pleasure to see the egg on news ltd faces once next week puts us ahead of last year. Of course they won't admit it though and find some negative story even if they make it up.

I sat at both ends of the field and I thought both ends were pro Bulldogs

i did some maths and it seems unlikely we will be ahead of last year after next week. There will likely be quite a lot of 10-12k ones at Shark Park, townsville, brookie and canberra pulling us down to fall around 40-50k short of last year. Still pretty damn close though with plenty of time left to improve

pax for eels/tigers update? anyone it will surpass good Friday Anz I'm confident it will.

It was 33k pax over 24 hours ago, add the eels ticket members of 13k

Anz stadium members for the Tigers fans of about 1k

47k with 2 days to spare not including walkups.

Its will surpass 50k and the on field spectacle will also surpass Dogs vs Souths.

Heck in the stands the crowd will also surpass Dogs vs Souths mainly due to Souths fans showing no passion at the ground, Dogs carried the Atmosphere last night.

And still an entire origin period left for the average to take a hit.

We were averaging about 18k heading into origin and then that smashed us like it always does.
