Buzz has already written his article about the 8k drop from last year

Buzz is a disgruntled loser Sharks fan, so the less he says abt others the better when his dumb ass team bring something to the table, the u have a right to bag others, f**ken tool.....

Looks maybe 15k at bluetongue..80k in a single day in NSW. Definately rugby league heartland.

looking on track for 20k avg at the very worst, assuming all remaining games draw more than around 9-10k and eels/tigers draws 40.

Souths vs Dogs = 43k
Manly vs Cows = 10k
New vs Broncos = 23k
Predictions
Dragons vs Warriors = 15k
Sharks vs Roosters = 14k
Raiders vs Storm = 11k
Eels vs Wests = 52k
Panthers vs Titans = 14k
Total = 182k

Ave 22.7k

Next round should be around 170k if weather permits.

Great crowd in Newcastle today. Big shout to the f*ckwits on the hill who kept calling out to spear tackle players. Top blokes you guys are.

If we get those crowds for the round then crowds are up 4% on last years average for the season. Will we see articles in the tele all week how despite the wettest start to Autumn in 50 years NRL crowds are 4% up on 2013 average crowds and what a fantastic job the NRL are doing ??

Also 10k at Gosford on a Easter Friday night is fairly horrible. I know its the Cowboys and they draw the worst away crowds in Sydney but given how few games they get and the public holiday and improved weather then that was way worse then 6k at campbelltown last week

Do the Knights have a lot of fans on Central Coast? They would have had to choose between watching their team 1 hour away, or being a neutral at 'home'. May have diminished both crowds a little.

That's a ridiculous comparison. The origin period almost always sinks crowds.

yeah what? Campbelltown obstensibly have a team to support, the Manly link to the Central Coast is a tenous one. As I said in the game thread, I think 10k is a decent crowd for two teams from out of town.
