Clubs have to push memberships even harder, looking at the prices for some though it is hard to see a massive increase.

Bringing more of the traditionally lower drawing games to Perth and NZ would be good as well!

Considering the natural disasters we had in some of our core markets to start the year, the bad weather week to week (this was one of the wettest winters in years) and the fact that a lot of teams were out of the running for the eight a lot earlier this year, considering the NRL finished less than 1% down on last year is quite impressive.

The really positive thing is for next year we've been set up well for some strong crowds. Cowboys are bound to bounce back after their impressive season and hopefully a lot of people up north are starting to get their lives back in order by March, the Knights will have both the Tinkler + Bennett factor which will see a rise in their memberships and should mean stronger crowds. Warriors, even after losing yesterday will still enjoy strong crowds at the start of the year, after doing so well, and Bluey as a coach is very popular with the Kiwi league public.

Hopefully Melbourne see a good increase next year as well on the back of good form this year and better scehduling next year.

I would expect some decent increases in crowds/memberships at Cowboys, Warriors, Newcastle and Brisbane for next season

Main team of concern for next year would be Titans

I think Titans might do ok. Had a fair few good signings. Lets just hope the fans remember its a new year.

Not sure what Titans season tickets are like, but if they are anything like their normal game tickets, they will struggle just that little bit more for people renewing memberships and people going to a handful of games next year given this year's performance on the field. See Cowboys 2011 for a similar pattern for crowds/season ticket holders - yes I know there was Yasi and multiple years of the Cowboys going like busteds, but I still think the Titans have a few things against them for crowds (particularly season tickets) next year.

take a look at the 2012 membership thread, they are the most expensive of any released so far. Their jnr prices are silly.

General admission tickets only left for the test match as of this afternoon. Of those i have 5186 as highest pax, so the test is as good as a sell out barring no shows.
