12k wasn't bad for Parra - I was actually surprised at the lack of Tigers fans, they usually turn up in numbers to our home game

Great crowd and an amazing atmosphere. I was there with the missus.

There was a good mob of Rabbitohs fans as well.

The Storm put on a great night as well apart from the game.

It was bloody freezing too which made the crowd even better given the circs.

Awesome Melbourne crowd, nice to see Storm developing a core member base of 15k which will grow in time. The Storm should be getting 20k considering the talent that have I think in due time they will happen with better advertising and promotion down in Victoria now compared to the days of midnight time slots and non-existent in the media.

Eels draw decently despite being a wooden spoon team. As for the upcoming Penrith/Cowboys game to get sub 10k is terrible considering Penrith are 10th it's not like there last and surely with cheap tickets can salvage a respectable crowd. It's 'heartland' rugby league.

Should be pushing 15k at allianz there are really no excuses today

looks like a shocker. Apparently lots of traffic issues so not sure of that will have impacted the crowd

Disappointing crowd tonight... 1st V 8th! Makes lasts night crowd at Parramatta look brilliant considering Last V 2nd Last (Eels 9 or 10 game losing streak). Confident Bulldogs will get more V Gold Coast on Monday night!!

I watched the Bunnies and Storm game and my wife and I mentioned the crowd looked pretty decent.

Later, when watching cricket, flicked to AFL and thought 'blimey, not many souls at this match'....esp when they lord their crowds over NRL.

Just checked 24,765 for Hawks vs St Kilda AFL match at Etihad across town.

Good work Storm (and Souths fans) who were there.

Crowd link for anyone who thinks I'm falsifying crowd numbers - from AFL site itself.

Pretty poor crowd for the roosters really. I know the raiders would have brought no one but you should be able to get more than 13K just on your own when you're on top of the ladder.

Souths got 11k Friday night in the RAIN against Raiders and they got bagged by Rooster fans. Roosters get a perfect weather 5.30 Saturday game with 2k more and that's 'amazing'? Now I know they're trolling. Please, at least be consistent.

I don't understand why 5.30pm is considered a graveyard time for crowds. It's the perfect time for families to attend.

I'm not trolling I got it off rugby league project. It doesn't change the fact that the spooners have lower average crowds than the Roosters.
