Roosters giving away 2 for 1 GA tickets as well as free entry for peeps under 16 and free entry to all 2013 members (unticketed ones I guess) for their final home game against Titans next week. Will be good for young families.

I will still say over 30 maybe 32k even if there is a little rain about. Its a quality fixture with both members getting access so should still beat 30k even if rain takes the edge off the crowd

I hear the club are looking for 25k to keep our average over 20k for the season. I think we can get 18-20k

Sounds highly optimistic given you got 13k on a beautiful evening against a non-Sydney club in your last home match. But good luck anyhow.

Did all you Souths and Dogs fans get that phone call from Richo, saying he'd eat all your kids if you didn't go to the game tonight?

PS - to help out the Roosters, I am going to their Titans vs Roosters game.

Currently on the train from city direct to Olympic park and there are plenty of dogs and souths fans on here. I will say 38-40k tonight. Cannot wait for this one :)

wow
this article would win a prize for the most unbalanced piece there is

its comparing financials with the first year of the fumbles n bumbles new media deal
with the last year of the old NRL media deal ... & even its not accurate
the NRL earnt 185 Million in 2012
100 Million from media & 85 Million from non media

add another 150 Million a year straight up... to the NRL number from its new 1.2 Billion media rights ... up to 335 Million in 2013
for an apples to apples comparison

the ARLC as a head body also claims it will be earning 400 Million a year by 2017
that's right up to & almost along side singletballs expected 450 Mill the same year

the VFL smashing the NRL money wise
nah
that's an urban myth.

http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/afl...-popularity-in-queensland-20130530-2nej9.html

Looks like Queensland is slowly changing so it is 50/50 AFL and NRL and this is why we need to expand into Perth and Sydney.

We need to fight fire with fire.

Before it is too late and our game is a provincial backwater game that can't compete nationally.

God Bless the Melbourne Storm. God Bless Rugby League.[/QUOTE]

:lol::lol:

that article was a bigger load of bollocks then the first one you posted
Vicky kicky is near dead in QLD

if it wasn't for sthn ex pat halfwits & their weedy effeminate offspring
the fumbles n bumbles would be watched by NO ONE .. in QLD
its a bitter pill
bite down hard champ

lets hope it can knock off the 42,637 the Swines got with the help of about 10K Collington fans from Melbourne a few weeks back ....

If it doesn't , the last round Bunnies Chooks game certainly will .. & then some:cool:

Do any Roosters members know how to claim the free GA ticket on offer for the Titans game?

From the email:
Simply display your Membership card at the Membership Tent in the forecourt of Allianz Stadium on game day and you will receive a complimentary General Admission ticket.

Cheers. For whatever reason I didn't get this email, what date was it sent. Last communication I have is for the pennant at the last home game

not as good as we might expect. mY
atruggle to too 30000

Very disappointing if thats the case. There are probably 20-25k people with access to this game from their memberships. That at least 10k people won't pay to go would be pretty sad especially considering the good friday crowd.
