Tell me about heighno's hit up in the first half
You know the one where he busted them up the guts and set up hodgo
Yep 157m and no `impact'
Thank f**k we had te''o's `impact and hard running'
He's sh*t

Heighno will run the ball hard 2 out of every 3 hit ups which is good, could be better, smaller blokes such as Mark Minichiello, Paul Gallen, Anthony Watmough, Glenn Stewart etc run the ball hard EVERY TIME they run the football. Heighno`s not our problem as he is certainly willing, but the whole dynamics of our side is wrong. Halatau is no lock, he`s a great dummy half runner, but that`s about the extent of his game, he thinks pass is something you say on Sale of the Century when you don`t know the answer and he hasn`t hit a hole and made a line break off a playmaker since he was back in the centres when making his debut, i`m not sure why he has forgotten how to run a good line, but the fact is he`s useless except for his dummy half running.

What about the bloke you defend who gets put into open space every week that gets run down by props, brett finch and snapped in 2 by preston campbell hits ?

What are you basing these comments on ??? The past 1 or 2 games i`m assuming, because before that he has been one of the most willing and physical forwards in our pack. It`s ok to make 57 hit ups a game, but it`s not much good making so many if there is no impact in the hit up and it`s the same for the defence, making 60 tackles a game doesn`t do much for the side if none of those tackles lift the team by way of stinging the ball runner or forcing a turnover. Stats mean very little in the effectiveness of what influences the final result

I've barely noticed the bloke, that's enough for me. And when I have noticed him it's for the things he doesn't do rather than the things he does do, which don't amount to much.

We have enough bludgers without adding another one at big $, the Broncos can have him.

Laurie will be twice as good next year. I know his manager Chris Haddad and he told me Danie played no footy last year and only joined the magpies in march so he missed pre season as well. Give him the rest of this year and a solid preseason next year and he'll be a regular 1st grade cult hero in no time

He was green as the grass when he joined us, but he's keen and most of all he listens. Still needs a minder on the field in defence to keep him in position, but he has the one thing you can't coach - ticker. Leo should be congratulated for seeing the potential and helping him realise it. I think Ziggy will make it and will be one of the personality players of the comp.

About time we had a forward not afraid to run hard and tackle hard. Andrew Leeds was more damaging to the Bronco's on Friday night than Te'o was.

Yea he was picked up by Sheens at an open trial and put into Wests even though he didnt pick up a footy all last year. Damn Sheens he hasnt got a clue, why does he pick up all these useless footballers!

Don't know where you got the idea he was picked up by Sheens. His manager approached the Magpies about a trial in Feb/March and Leo decided to take a punt. If Leo hadn't wanted him, he'd be back up at Yamba most likely.

see above.

Even if sheens did find him, can you name all of Sheens findings for the Tigers and seperate them into 2 lists marked 'great' and 'sh*t'

I'd expect a long list in the latter column
