In keeping things simple I have Orford as 2nd. Same as our table position.

That is because you are simple Jatz :p

Thurston, Prince and Cronk are in front of Orford, they are the only 3 I would take over him at the moment. Although I would like to see how Wallace etc go behind our pack.

First off, i agree that Orford is playing pretty good footy this year but IMO Prince has been better, even Slater has been better as well i think. And just because Orford isn't popular around here amongst your average everyday footy fan doesn't instantly mean he's not popular with the journo's who vote. Just because some of the voters don't think he's up to playing rep footy and he chokes in big games (eg finals) doesn't necessarily mean they think he's a dud in club games where he's polled well.

In your opinion it's more of an achievement for him as you stated but that doesn't mean it is or make it so. Just like my opinion on things doesn't mean much at all to you and others who disagree with it as well. You can put the award up there with the greatest and most coverted in the world if you want and that's entirely up to you, but it shouldn't bother you one bit what i think of it as it obviously does. Though i suspect that has more to do with your man crush on Ox than what it does me questioning the validity of the award.

Trust me, I have no obsession with the guy. I just know how much you dislike him.

BILLY Slater, backing up from Wednesday night's State of Origin match, produced a sharp display to capture three Dally M points in the Storm's win over the Rabbitohs on Saturday night. Slater and the Roosters’ Braith Anasta, who was outstanding in Auckland, have narrowed the gap on leader Matt Orford.

Looks like the TIgers might have the same problem they did in 05 where we had 3 in the top 10 but everyone pinching points off eachother

Just like Farrah getting 3. I would have considered him solid... but best player on the field? It is a joke.

Well, what ever credibility the Dally M's had with me are now gone, Slater got 3? He was almost worst on the park IMO.

Wow I thought Simpson would get something for our game. Was better than Buderus/Rovelli.

Have i missed something?

I thought you weren't entitled to a Dally M once you've been suspended?

Can't be bothered looking at them all but i know SBW and Gallen have been.

Or have i missed a rule change at some point
