No, with respect, you are wrong. In each of the other cases there was video evidence proving the player engaging in conduct that the governing body felt brought the game into disrepute that is the difference, that is what was missing here.

If punishment is based on video evidence Jack Wighton shouldn't have received the 10 weeks he copped. He rabbit punched some bloke in the stomach, missed with a drunken head-butt and just made himself look like a goose. Further to this his missus shrunk his pants in the wash and the bloody ankles were exposed. And it looked like he pissed himself. NRL punishment 30 grand and 10 weeks.
