Gower drags plenty of blokes with him and like Pou says gets down on his guts and gets back up quickly. He played a big part in getting us into field position for the last two try's, including the disallowed one.

Even after coping that early knock Peats kept on hitting them Tigers big forwards.

Yup Ive been impressed with Gower as well. The improvement in him since playing for Manly is huge.

Has a settling influence when taking the ball up, definitely doesn't getting owned in the tackles (like a Ben Smith), if anything most times bends or drags the line forward which is pleasing. Hopefully will only get better, surprisingly is 29 year old later this year, though he was a lot younger.

You must be feeding him the right stuff. F**ker ran backwards last year. Lost his Wazn tag it seems.

He just looks so much less athletic than all the other blokes.

Has plenty of ticker though and a touch more skill than you notice at first.

Gee Darcy was disappointing yesterday.

I think we lost a lot without Terepo's willingness in the collision - one area where the Tigers have been on fire.

Also Peats copped a few knocks and IMO was a bit down on previous games. He also played a little sideways as the game crept on which didn't help.

When you are not putting shit on my investment tips you actually make some good points. I agree totally.

thats right ... even after he copped a big knock and was wobbly made a tackle 2 plays later ..... that shows the kind of player he is .... plenty tough.

Tough yes. But at half time I actually thought he was having a shocker.

Did anyone get a photo of his finger? I saw it briefly on TV, but they said it was compound. Always keen to see a bit of gore, ha ha. Did well to play on if the bone was sticking out.

This guy got no game time at Manly and is suddenly turning in a reasonable impersonation of SBW... Love watching him play, looks like a nuffie but is bloody unreal.
