I think an apology is in order
All good mate, I knew you were not having a go.
I am learning the hard way what 'professional' sport is all about to be honest.
How is that a positive? Bringing him back would be a major step backwards, as will letting DeGois go. Even though he hasn't even been here for a year, it would be akin to when we let Kennedy go, such is the quality of talent DeGois is.Laughable if true...
Only positive I can think of is if Buderus decides to come back for 1 more year, but then we still need to find another hooker..
Apparently Kimmorley said Degois is leaving for Bondi next season n 2SM today. he is contracted for three years. If we let him walk out we may as well fold the operation up.
I said it would be laughable if we let him go...How is that a positive? Bringing him back would be a major step backwards, as will letting DeGois go. Even though he hasn't even been here for a year, it would be akin to when we let Kennedy go, such is the quality of talent DeGois is.
But no one WANTS to play for Brian?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Oh some do - nuffy rejects who can't play for anyone else.
Your calling De Gois a "nuffy reject" now?
he'll say anything to promote his arguments
Oh, did I miss the part where De Gois has actually gone to the Roosters beyond just a rumour? As at 10.24am Wednesday morning August 5th, he is still a Newcastle Knight.
Unless people are suggesting De Gois came to the Knights for Smiths coaching and not the massive amount of money that tempted him away from cash strapped Cronulla?

Well mate, given that this entire thread is about De Gois possibly leaving to go to the Roosters where Smith will be coaching next season I think it was a fair question for me to ask.
i think the bondi lifestyle is a massive drawcard for the roosters when signing players. sure, they have the coin too, but we all operate under the same salary cap.
