I reckon if we get Cronk, then Humble can move to 5/8 and turn Morts into a Hooker.

The last time Parramatta bought a quality halfback in his prime, it was John Simon - and we made the grand-final. The next quality half-back we bought was Jason Taylor - and we made the grand final. Parramatta has not built a team around a half-back for a long long time. We certainly need to do that now. Anderson took a gamble on Keating and Mortimer and lost. That doesn`t make him an idiot or a bad coach - unless he stubbornly persists with it. That`s why I am heartened that he has let Keating go. I reckon Cronk at 7; Humble at 6 and get rid of Mortimer or turn him into a hooker. I`m sorry, I don`t rate Mortimer at all.

The thing is Ando has a plan and we are fans/members want to know what it is. I think we have a right to know as our memberships pay part of thier wages. We are infact Members of the football club.

Cronk will be like a Justin Poore signing. We needed a front rower so we paid what we had to pay to get the best one available. It wasnt about offering him what he is valued as a player, it was offering him how much we needed a good front rower.

We need a halfback, Cronk is the best halfback "available", we will pay what ever we can (within reason) to get him.

Although, Im pretty sure the NRL told Melbourne that they can not negotiate with any of their current players until court precedings have stopped. (that and also I hear its incase players are found to be guilty in the rort and they may be deregistered)

easy to say - but the storm thing was a massive upheaval and everyone reacts differently to such things ..... he seems mentally tough, but who knows whether its something that would eat away at him or not???
