Michael Maguire is one reason why I now don't mind BA staying on. You see Madge can coach, he has won a premiership and did it for Souths after a long drought. They however got rid of him because of player power. The players just didn't want to play for him anymore. Did he forget how to coach? No way. So what does he do? He starts with the Tigers and I reckon they will bone him soon. Reason? Did he forget to coach? No? He has a shit roster and the players are divided. He even comes across as a prick.

BA has improved as a coach. He has learnt. He isn't elite but he has been assisted in the right places (mainly recruitment and retention) and he has been able to shine at what he does best. Man management. Yeah we may not win it this year but how good is it playing semis again and being on track again for another appearance and having that feeling that we may jag our 5th premiership.

I'm about to change my vote. This is the third time now.

In BA we trust. (At least this month).

There's no doubt that every player that has come in contact with Arthur appreciates his leadership and that in turn could be the catalyst to his building of a top quality team
