No. He and his assistants need to go, but unfortunatelyIfeel the board will not sack him, and he won't walk, so we are stuck with him for another year

You can add Keppie, Schuster, Ola’kamatu, Curran, Saab, Biondi Odo, and more from our system . Identification and retention is key, Roosters sign the better juniors from elsewhere and park them as say 29/30 or development so money is decent.

yeah let’s put shit on people that actually give content to fans………
What content? Two guys talking to each other on a podcast? LOL.

It is so easy to see that they never try and properly assess what the problem is because they are scared of treading on the coaching staff’s toes because they allow them to attend their training sessions. They always dance around the topic and deflect the real problem. A bit like Paul Kent does when there is any heat on Ricky Stuart.

They always take the moral high ground because they think their opinion is somehow greater than mine because they happen to run a site that according to them, ‘they spend hours on.’

We had our CEO just send an email to the little people like us yet they can’t cop it themselves when they are accused of obvious bias and selective reporting.

Give me a break!

At what point did we let Schuster go? Players who can pass like he can are rare. How could we not see that?

Keppie, Schuster, Ola’kamatu, Curran, Saab, Biondi Odo, Matterson first time rnd, Alioi,
You are forgetting we now have The Rouse Hill Rhinos to feed off.

We've under BA watch lost 13 juniors who are playing NRL elsewhere while he has developed 3.

Look at Penrith. How many kids have they lost before atleast contributing a few seasons in the NRL? The ratio would be reversed.

This was an area that was meant to be fixed. It seems worse then ever. Constantly buying guys will never get you anywhere.

What a mess.

Anyone confident next week? Cows have lost 8 or 9 on the trot. I dare say, at a minimum, they’ll push us.
I reckon the way we are going, they will beat us. They have lost 9 in a row. The more you lose, the closer you are to a win.

Arthur's policy is to almost always choose a player with experience elsewhere rather than developed a player. The purchases of Oldfield, who has zero upside, and the like are a great example of how BA operates.

BA sees debuting inexperienced players may cost him short term, and that would put pressure on his contract. That's an extremely selfish policy to put oneself before the club's long term prospects.

Arthur in this instance is putting his income before development and its another reason the Devon eating dope must be axed immediately.
