Our supposed strength is our forward pack. Name one player that any opposition would hate playing against?

We have a skilful pack, who can get on top when we have momentum. But we are lacking a Beau Scott or Mau type, an aggressive intimidating player.

BA put this pack together but he failed to include an enforcer.

the team reflects the coach. Weak as piss. When the bulldogs belted Dylan brown no forwards came into to protect him or offer help. Gutless cowards. That’s not a team.

If we don't make the top 8 he is done. If out week 1 done.

I feel if got to week 2 and put up a fight we will keep BA FOR 2023
I dont feel like Week 2 isn't good enough anymore no matter how well we play and unlucky we get if we make to that spot.

Especially if we don't make Top 4 when we have had plenty of opportunities to get into there.

We may get lucky come finals time scrape in get on a roll and a get on the good side of the finals draw & make a prelim perhaps.

But we are seeing the same issues every year fading in back half of the season and nothing getting addressed to fix it.

I honestly think it’s disgusting booing a kid. It’s not his fault. Saying that it’s his dad fault that he plays favourites with his son who would not make a first grade side anywhere in the comp. The fact that he actively finds a position for him in the team is a disgrace. I’ve said this many times, if we had a legit injury in the halves then start him, but it makes no sense to have the kid on the bench but for nepotism.

as for the club investigating the booing, whilst it’s disgraceful what can they really do? It really shows where management are really at. You have a CEO Jim (what’s his last name? that’s right he’s a nobody) who does not have a clue what the hell he is doing. He wants to investigate booing but he won’t investigate a coach who’s had 9 years of failure. A coach who potentially that could go from premiership favs to not making the 8. Our ceo is clueless.

What an absolute mess!
Yep last year back end form was smothered by lockdown and being in a hub.

So the fans couldn't vent about the club at games.

This year could get real messy with still 4 home games to go.

The JA situation is sad but seriously it was always going to come to this.

BA has divided a fanbase over it and its only going to get worse if things stay the same.

At the game the other night a lot of the fans are at there wits end especially with BA atm.

Yes I bought this up 5yrs ago. Under BA we don't seem to build as season goes on. We seem to stagnate.

apart from the 2-3 apologists on here, I don’t think the fan base is divided. It’s overwhelming how 97% want him out. The 3% would be his groupie lovers (aka Alologists Assemble mob) such as @Gronk @Poupou Escobar and @strider and then you have Rouse Hill Rhinos peeps.

I watch some other sides and you will see teams. Close bonds.
Guys who stand up for each other. Circle on the field with arms around each other. Like a family. Unfortunately we are manufactured and I don't see any of this.

They key is juniors. Kids that have played together since they where 15. We can buy whoever we want but while we put pieces here and there no matter the talent, which won't be as good as the richer clubs it means we fall short. Our only way to beat the more talented sides are by creating a side that feels they would die for each other. A group that wants to stay together.

I have no connections with the club. I get abused when I bring up the state of our juniors but the fact is its been f**kcing woefull. Flat out developing an NRL player let alone a kid who can play origin. When Stefano was let go plenty come and talked up the better ones we kept. Kafusi along with Hughes and Hollis having big futures. 2 are gone and the other most likely will never see NRL.

In our 17 we have these kids we developed and I have listed debut years. 6 players in 10yrs. And what level are these guys?
Jnr is a star no doubt. Brown might become one. The others are good NRL players but not world beaters. One genuine ORIGIN player in 10yrs. And that was 10yrs ago. Next year JNR would of debut 11yrs ago so not one origin player developed in 10yrs. It's woefull

Jnr Paulo 2013
Penisni 2021
D.Brown 2019
Mahoney 2018
Matterson 2016
Kafusi 2018

So thats our jnr development of the last 10yrs above. 2 leave and jnr falls off list as over 10yrs. That leaves Matterson,Brown and Penisini. Perhaps Russel or Dunster will be in the 17.

This is our biggest issue. Yes BA has to go but we ain't winning shit untill we are producing talent every year.

Tell me you don’t actually read what @Gronk posts, without actually telling me that you don’t read what @Gronk posts.

Ive not seen a crowd so fired up for years. Disappointment is way to bland an adjective to describe what I was witnessing.
Change is needed to provide hope even if its false hope.
