I hope the club reviews this season, and then in the off-season brings in a "director of football" or some other nebulous position over the top of BA. And gives it to some elder statesman as a signal to BA that his time is up and he isn't going to get as much of a run as he has had in the past. Maybe Brian Smith for example...

That tactic usually seems to work well at other clubs in getting coaches past their used by date to move on a little earlier than planned?
