I know you will all cry that Arthur's team has been affected by injuries..... But does anyone think the injuries are a product of his geniused bash it out, one out and conservative tactics? ????

Let you're little brains ponder this question.

Our style has us being dominated and yes that domination can lead to injurys. In attack we charge at defenders not gaps. Players are gang tackled and the body is pushed, pulled and twisted into all sorts of positions as a result.
Its a fair comment. It cant be just bad luck cause we have been unlucky with injurys for too long. I think I read somewhere in the off season its the reason we changed our training this season to hopefully reduce injurys.

I have pondered the question and I have come to the conclusion that you are talking out of your backside.

I've pondered this post briefly, but I can't get past the irony of some random semen stain telling others they have little brains when he cannot properly utilise a simple pronoun form...

All the injuries tonight had nothing to do with bash it out.....
Great try though

Forget the injuries there was no effort or heart in that peformance last night it was beyond disgraceful and on par with the Manly game.

I have seen some bad parra teams in the past 20 years but this would have to be on the podium.

I have been a BA since day one and its pains me to say this as he is parra through and through but its almost time for a change i would say.

The denial that there isn't a major culture problem at the club is stupid and laughable. And it isn't going to get fixed until it gets addressed. Denying only makes the situation worse.

The playing group needs a clean out as there are too many lazy players who are just happy to collect the paycheck and go home to feed their big families.

The fact we have signed another lazy forward in Junior paulo is just as concerning. Just cause he is 120kg is not going to help when he is dropping off tackles on a regular basis.

Kenny edwards was a start and Corey norman can follow him out the door.

And there are a few others currently who are on thin ice.

We definitely need a clean out. The lack of linespeed on the last tackle (we stand back 10 and just wait for the opposition to put in a kick), the lack of any real kick chase, the lack of desperation to fall on loose balls, the inability to organise an attacking raid, and the inability to stop teams creating simple overlaps point to this.

BA needs to be accountable. If it were me the following players only would be there next year (talking about established first graders):

Gutho
Moses
Alvaro
Pritchard
Moeroa
Terepo
French
George Jennings (has performed well despite not yet establishing himself)
Mannah (based on his form over his last few games)
Brown

Everyone else (yes including Hayne and Mennings) can go. Oh and I think BA should go to. We need a new coach, definitely an attack coach and a new defensive coach.

You'd get rid of Ma'u?

All well and good to draw up a list of keepers, but plenty are under contract and you are going to be in a world of pain if you whiteboard a bunch and have to pay half their contracts to play elsewhere.

Yeah I know, but I am saying they are the only ones I would keep.

Yes I would move Mau on, he is not getting any younger. Better to let him go a year early rather than one too late.

When BA came 3rd (I think) in the pre season torture test, I thought gee BA is fit. In hindsight, how the hell is a Coach beating majority of the playing squad when they are the professional athletes!! At the time everyone was riding Hayne for coming last but maybe the bigger issue was staring us all in the face. BA should be playing.

The club certainly needs a clean out.
But I would start with the playing group before getting rid of the coach. If there are players not responding to him, then change those players, or at least fill in the team around them with players who will and see if their influence can help matters.

If, after changing the playing group, the coach can't get his team on side then you change the coach.
I'm prepared to let him have a go at rebuilding for next year and see how he responds.
