Played a lot when younger. A mate and I used to have games that we’d start 8 o clock at night and finish 10 next morning.
We once played a very tight game. Went for hours and we were both on the defensive.
I checkmated him after about 4 hrs play and not a single piece had been taken.
I thought he’d fly off the handle but he just said this is cool and took a photo of it.
