With the 2014 Return of Fittler for the Roosters & Menzies for the Sea Eagles.

It begs the question... which Recent Dragon retiree would you most like to make a comeback in 2014/2015?

Probably the most obvious response would be Le Gaz I would think. With supposedly more space in a 9's game would probably have a field day. Still had age on his side when he retired, although obviously the passion had waned.

The guys that come to mind for me:

o Choc Mundine: He has probably lost his speed, but his fitness would be supreme.
o Matt Cooper: Far too much talent to be running a clothes store!
o Mark Gasnier: Perhaps he's sick of his life in the media.. hmmmm

No one...retired for a reason and no benefit for any guys like this to play ahead of a young up and comer.

Ahh the Prid.
His greatest legacy was taking out Mark Carroll at Kogarah.
Sorry it was Ian Roberts...
No low act, just a running propr into the head of another.

It will be fascinating to see how Fittler & Menzies go.. Fittler in particular retired a long time ago... I just cant imagine a brutal sport like Rugby League is forgiving to blokes close to 40...

Menzies will go alright, because he was playing in the ESL.

Fittler will struggle IMO. He will be too slow and there will be more power running/big forward play than he realises.

Freddie was obviously a top player, but Menzies is an absolute freak and would still handle the week to week grind of NRL football; he is like nothing else ever seen in the game that guy. Whatever his mum fed him when he was a boy sure worked
