Probably the most obvious response would be Le Gaz I would think. With supposedly more space in a 9's game would probably have a field day. Still had age on his side when he retired, although obviously the passion had waned.

It will be fascinating to see how Fittler & Menzies go.. Fittler in particular retired a long time ago... I just cant imagine a brutal sport like Rugby League is forgiving to blokes close to 40...
Freddie was obviously a top player, but Menzies is an absolute freak and would still handle the week to week grind of NRL football; he is like nothing else ever seen in the game that guy. Whatever his mum fed him when he was a boy sure worked :lol:
