The only one I tend to agree with there is about Timmins. Thompson and Ryles are great players for us and still will be for a few more seasons yet.

Timmins is still a solid player but I am worried that we are restraining younger talent to be loyal to Timmo. To be honest, I think it would be in his and our best interest if he went to the ESL for 1 or 2 seasons to get a big payout before his knees blowout.

We have players like: Young, Payne and Sims who could easily start in the fowards. If it was up to me I would have Young at Lock and Ennis to fulltime hooker.

Objective One, Ryles has been great for us and just has a different approach to his game than traditional front rowers. He doesnt need to bust heads or pull off crunching hits to be effective and he knows it, he just does his job with little fuss and his temperament has improved with each year. Far less penalties and far less high shots than previous seasons.

only thing that could improve his game would be a nice sky blue black and white jumper ;-) he'd look that much better to me in that!!!

It was the Dragons 1st loss in 9 games so they must of been doing something right. Actually they only lost 3 or 4 in the last 20 games. Not a bad effort. Most games were against top 8 sides. They didn't play out of form sides like Dogs and Warriors twice like the Eels did and rack up a bonus 80pts in the points for.

People are labeling the Dragons as underachievers..........How?

Did Panthers, Roosters or Dogs make the 8? Did everyone expect them to finish out of the 8 or something? If so I wish they let me know.

If I told you Dragons would finish equal first at the start of the season I am sure you would of said please especially after round 4. They were still last after round 6 as they had only won 1 game which was against Manly. Newcastle was in front of them cause of the bye and there for and against was slightly better.
We should of lost to the Sharks just like the Dogs did last year in their 1st finals game to the Cows. I would rather risking 1 or 2 injuries than a whole team playing flat. Actually Dragons should of played Parra the week before the Tigers as a trial. I am sure they would of got a good crowd as well.

As i`m not a fan of St George, (i like the Steelers, but St George simply suck) i`d be elated if the supercoach takes the advice of most of you brainiacs on here and keeps playing these has beens and over valued, over rated players. I`m just stating the obvious as i thaught the aim was to win Grand Finals not to continually crash and burn at the business end of the season???

Its thought, not thaught....... you are thinking about a similar word that describes your knowledge of the game.

Naught.

Thommo is a champ and will take his place in the jumper that he OWNS at Saints. The famous red 12.

Don`t avoid the question, can the Dragons win the `2006 GF with the same side that played in this seasons finals series???

maggots? you come on here saying your crap and expect ppl to swallow it ---

the 3 players you named could all get bigger money with other clubs..
we finished 2nd in the comp with those players..like it or not -

we still have a young side that are learning every year...even tho we have huge experience in SoO and Aussie sides - not only can they win it but they can sh*t in..
the hard part is doing it lol
We have one of if not the youngest coaches who is learning all the time -

you have no facts or figures to add to your statements...Chirst even Gould will show facts...go figure as to y nobody will answer you -- happy? lol

ha ha ha maggots.....and inbreds..... and brainiacs.

Vicious, who do you follow may I ask? South Coast would generally mean Steelers but your hatred of Timmins would suggest otherwise. I would have thought (thaught) he'd be an inspiration to a little kid like you.
