After last night's performance at the back too, I'll take Greenshields over Peachey.

All respect to Peach, but Greenshields is a younger option firming to be a solid and reliable NRL fullback. Besides, when Head returns next year our problem will be (partially) solved because Hornby will be moved back to fullback.

I say partially, because I like Greenshields, and now he has a taste of FG will likely move on, leaving us with the problem of what to do if one of Hornby, Head or Barrett get injured.

As I said , when Greenshields has a good game his spectular to watch , Lets see Greenshields peform up in Queensland . But i must be watching a diffrent team if you guys think Greenshields is great compared to Peachy .

Think about it for a minute without letting your Biset patariosm get in the way of logical thinking , I love the Dragons as much anybody here but i am willing to admit that we still have some problems that need tunning .Otherwise i wouldnt call myself a truly dedicated supporter . I'm not trashing Greenshields i just think he needs to wait , If Holsworth is mooving to the Bulldogs thats a sad day for the dragons camp . Go back to his work in the 2004 season guys . Dragons also need to look at keeping the great players they have . We need a Specalist Fullback i think either moove Hornby back to fullback or buy a specalist and keep our wings .

Dude, your post makes no sense. In 2006 Head will return and Hornby will shuffle back to FB, making the purchase of David Peachey an absolute waste of money. Greenshields IS backup to Hornby, no if's or but's. When Hornby isn't in FB Greenshields is.

WTF do you do with Peachey for 2006 when Hornby is in FB, Head 1/2 and Barrett 5/8?!? You can't put him in Prems, firstly cause Greenshields is there and secondly do you think Peachey would play Prems for Saints if he could be earning a sh*tload of money playing for an English club?

Secondly, WTF does Holdsworth have to do with this?!

Peachey looks average in a team where Blind Freddy could dominate. No way should we even think about buying him. Especially when we already have Hornby AND Greenshields.

In my previous post I referred to Greenshields has a halfback. For those who noticed this, and those who took the time to point it out in following posts, I unreservedly apologise for the error.

I think we should buy Peachey too, and i'm EXTREMELY dissapointed we didn't buy Anasta, Orford and Harrison as well. Everytime someone comes on the open market that we'd have to pay overs to attract in a postion we have well and truly covered with quality players we always seem to let them slip away and i for one am sick of it. SIGN THE PEACH!

Nick Zisti, Rex Terp, Jason Kent, Darren Higgins - just some of the quality players the Drag Queens have supplied the sharks over the years. Stevens though not great has actually been one of the few half decent ones....
