Nightingale has retired so we need a right side winger to replace him.

Macdonald is a left side winger and if he leaves we need a first grade winger to replace him.

Ah Mau has left and K Sims is replacing him.

We have been one good first grade prop down all season.

My suggestions are as follows:

Buy a new first grade winger to play on the right side.
Move Mann to the left wing.
Buy a top first grade prop.

In my opinion we need two big fast wingers, the same as the other top clubs have.

If Macdonald is staying, we only need one more for 2019 but Macdonald will have to step up and play his best game consistently throughout season 2019.
