I think it's been said. He has speed but little else. Having said that he is able to see that gap which allows him to use that speed so there is a football brain in there. I just do not think its 5/8th material. He has just not been taught those fundamentals needed for that position.
That said, isnt that just what we have a side chock full of? players that have a bit of this and a bit of that but not the full deal.
Maybe coached well enough he may show something, but its not going to happen with McIdiot at the reigns.
This side could compare to the side that won the Grand Final in 2010 if it was coached to its full potential. Other than Gasnier and Boyd we had a team of potentially good players. Some that had seen better days but potentially very good. They were coached however to play as a unit and know what they were capable of. These players do not know that because they have no coach. Its that simple.
Dufty, under a coach who knew what he was doing might surprise us all.
Under present conditions however, Dufty being a decent 5/8th is about as likely as Aitken or Lafai being a decent centre.
