Good to see the bulldogs continue to develop their own talent. I'm going off on a tangent here but what has happened to the bulldog development system? Is there less money being spent in this area now? A few years ago they had guys like Thurston, SBW, Asotasi, Isaac Luke, Nate Myles, etc in their lower grades, these days their Toyota Cup team ain't worth feeding

He'd be a perfect fit for any club, by 2012 he'll be hands-down the best fullback in the competition.

spot on
there isn't a team in the comp that wont want Josh Dugan by the end of 2011. Maybe Penrith if Coote keeps going like he has this year.
I'm tipping who signs him, be it Canberra, Bulldogs, Roosters etc, they'll have the next NSW and Kangaroo fullback.
Of course im pretty confident if the money is good and the team is going forward, Dugan will be a Raider. And the envy of the league

Can't blame him as mentioned his value will be a lot higher next year. And if we put up another sh*t season next year that could be the final straw to moving on.

He can stay in obscurity or join a club like the Roosters/Dogs/Eels/Bronco's and also develope a booming media career as well as a vastly increased standard of living plus better contract.

Thats debateable unless you consider an over crowded tourist beach and diseased groupie whores to be a better standard of living.

As much as I would love for him to come to Brisbane because of his talent and the fact we lack a fullback right now I think he should stay in Canberra.

I hope Dugan plays out his career at the Raiders, othing worse than seeing Juniors developed by clubs piss off to play for other clubs due to salary cap retraints or whatever reason.

I don't want him at the Broncos we can develop our own qaulity juniors thanks./

Hope he stays with the raiders. But gee Canberra is a sh*t hole why wouldn't you want to sign a large contact and live by the sea.

Whoever offers Dugan a contract, the Raiders are going to top that. What makes people think that Raiders are one of the poorer clubs? They're not. WE don't want to let him go... and TBH I don't think we will. He has already stated he loves it in Canberra, and he has his family and friends here.

Can you explain to me how the Raiders are always rumoured to be close the using the full cap every year with the squad they have??
