DWZ is an interesting one.

When he's on he's a quality player, but that has been few and far between in recent seasons.
We need a STAR in our backline for 2020, it's quite obviously what we're missing at the moment... someone of real quality on the wing for us. I don't think DWZ is quite at that level.
dont think he wants to play wing, think he wants the fullback position, like everyone else..

yeah sign him and give him the Captaincy as well, is he the current Kiwi Captain?
We could do with another captain FMD, naming 3 captains is so stupid, make a decision, and stick with it..

8. James Graham (c) – sponsored by EFEX
9. Cameron McInnes (c) – sponsored by Floormania
10. Paul Vaughan – sponsored by My Muscle Chef
11. Tyson Frizell (c) – sponsored by Val Morgan
Have always wondered what the go is with this. Friz is a beast but seems too quiet to be captain. It should just be Graham captain and Cam stand in captain.

Sure we could use a quality outside back, but the first priority, with recent JDB decision must be a tackle machine at lock.

Graham can and has taken up JDB's ball playing role and Blocka has done his best at lock.

Find a tackle machine to sure up the middle and Blocka can go back to the prop rotation where he belongs imo.

Hell, go to England and find the best tackling lock and hit him up I say...

I agree that we should be in the market for DWZ, salary cap permitting, but it sounds like Parra have the inside running. Nth Qld could do with a decent outside back or two as well.
I'm sure we now have the cap so there is no real reason why we should not win his signature. I suppose it is all up to our chief salesman.

McInnes is a tackling machine and Robson could be a great hooker. Problem solved.

Don't want him. Has one great game out of five and looks disinterested the other four. Would rather get Dean Whare back but Panthers aren't stupid enough to let him go.
We had the chance to sign Whare but instead opted to extend Lafai and Aitkin.
Great defensive centre and a smart footballer.
Precisely what we lack.

Mate you take potshots at Millward constantly, but this is just ridiculous.

Getting into a bidding war with Parramatta over a bloke who has been so bad that he has been dropped to reserve grade, and has such a bad attitude that he has demanded a release because of it. That’s dumb recruitment policy. Really dumb.

Four good games out of 10. So in front of DWZ on percentages.
DWZ, Roberts and Oates are all class backs. Any two of these players would drastically upgrade our backline. In my opinion our centre positions are the weak link in our attack.

Pearson will demonstrate this week his ability to play right wing.
Lomax will demonstrate this week his ability to play fullback.
After June 30, Saab will demonstrate his ability to play left wing.

So if Millward could land one or two of the three players (DWZ, Roberts and Oates), we would be on our way to solving a problem that frankly should have been addressed prior to the start of season 2019.

Whare isn't good enough for us. He is lucky to be making Penrith's backline.
Yes I agree however, he certainly did well after departing the Dragons. I believe he is now carrying an injury or coming to the end of his career. Whare is not the player se are looking for. DWZ would be great as would Roberts or Oates. They are all class player and leave all of our backs for dead when it comes to quality.

Millward needs to get onto the task of signing one or two of these players for season 2020 or if necessary by June 30.

I'd say that if we had Gould on board, we would certainly gain DWZ's signature and most probably gain Roberts signature.
