Bit of positive news filtering through at Ringrose regarding Gower's re-signing. Looks to be done.

Back to the game, Matterson shapes up to the left but steps back to his right, pushing through the primary defenders. He offloads immediately to Makelim who knew it was coming but Corey can't secure the ball. Pity that didn't quite come off as Makelim was away.

Davis and Kaufusi come together for a strong hit down the left. Parra defend well until the last as Makelim does very well to clean up a grubber from the hooker.

The siren rings out as Kaysa takes a hit up and that will do us in the NYC.

I didn't see him make any terrible one-on-one misses but the Raiders did catch us short a few times down the right. I honestly couldn't tell you to what degree Folau was to blame due to my split focus on the game and updates.

Twal and Kamikamica should be back this week while there may be yet another debutante in SG Ball talent Jack Morris.

Well done to Jack Morris. Another SG Ball graduate that pushes up into the NYC. Morris has been honing his trade with Guildford in the Ron Massey Cup in recent weeks.

Bulldogs U-20s suck big time.
Hopefully we win BIG because we should beat the Sea Eagles and Raiders (if we are being serious with ourselves).
That leaves the Knights.
Beat them and the worse we are is equal on points. They are 62 points ahead on us on differential so some HUGE wins would be good.

Just a reminder that the 20s play tomorrow at Ringrose. I'll be out there for updates but it is a good afternoon of footy for those that can make it out to watch themselves.

The NSWRL 'anticipate' that the NSW Cup match between Wenty and Canterbury will still be played despite the rain. I haven't seen anything pertaining to the NYC yet.
