I remember a few merkins raved about him when he made a couple of appearances late in 2012 (before his 18th birthday) but then last year he came off the bench a few times and didn't seem to make much impact. This year he's like a whole different player.

I had a chat with Stagger about him the other day. Just one of those kids that needed a bit longer to grow and begin to fill out.

Probably the most pleasing thing about all the tools that he has shown so far in 2014 is that he knows that he is a big unit and he isn't afraid to use that size in his running game and defence.

Hopefully he gets to play to full eighty minutes (or near enough) on Saturday night.

Matt Cameron is the guy who didn't rate Tupou and was happy to see the back of him he also didn't rate Taufua

Surely not

Actually your right cause I agreed with Pou that Toupo was average in a good team. I kind of agree thou.If you look at SEMI when parra where winning he looked great but in the last few games not so much

I'm just interested in Poupou's thoughts.
A few weeks ago he said he's not missed, but now he says he should have been wrapped up.
Maybe it's a money thing that Poupou is concerned about, I don't know. Just interested.
