When Folau was sin-binned for punching tonight I thought Tui Oloapu could come in for him anyway.

But it will be good to test Goodall out against grown men, since he will be in the NRL squad next year.

And in a sign they might be clearing some space in NYC for some of the ball players, in this case maybe Tui, hearing Fabian Goodall will play for Wenty tomorrow

Tui played quite well against the Bears in the NSW Cup. He is still filling out but he goes pretty well around the ruck even so. Considering he is eligible for the NYC (but no longer part of that squad), I would say he is developing very solidly.

Assuming Goodall plays on his favoured left-edge, he would push Bureta Faraimo either out of the team or into another position. He is physically up to the NSW Cup, so hopefully he does get a crack tomorrow.

The opening third of that video also serves as a good highlight reel for Ryan Matterson.

P.S Why are these merkins allowed to film the bloody games?

That effort against the Tigpies was special at ~0:50 was special.

The effort to prevent the 40/20 v Manly and subsequent run were outstanding also. I like what I see. Big, strong and fast. Looks safe under the high ball. Not enough footage of defence to comment properly there.
